Introduction and information gathering phone call - Please DO NOT book on any other day than Monday's. This is an introductory phone call as part of the Assessment Process for sensitive claims. In this phone call we talk about the purpose of the assessment and where your information goes. If it's okay, I will ask some background questions to see if some questionnaires are suitable and set these up to send to you as online links.
